I want to thank you for the services provided by Louise DelGiudice on behalf of the Ruggiero Family. Louise was professional, effective and proficient as well as compassionate at a time when our family needed guidance in the sale of our family's home.
My father-in-law had just passed away from a lengthy illness and we had hoped to keep my mother-in-law in her home as long as possible. Never did we imagine her immediate need for committal to a nursing facility. This necessitated a sale of the family home. Although there were "bumps" in the road in the sale of the home, Louise negotiated all avenues of the sale smoothly. Right down to the day of the closing walking through the house with the seller and buyers so that no one could claim any problems afterwards. My family has high praise for Louise.
So impressed were the family members that my sister-in-law called Louise to sell her sister's family home upon her death. I recommend Louise for anyone wishing to buy or sell their home and will continue to do so in the future.
